Judy Duchesne-Peckham is a life-long Presbyterian committed to peace, mission, and social justice issues. She has been a high school teacher of English, French, and Photography for approximately 25 years in both New York State and California. She holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from colleges within the State University of New York (S.U.N.Y.) system and professional diplomas from Brooks Institute of Photography, Santa Barbara, and the Sorbonne, University of Paris, France. Judy is an award-winning photographer who has exhibited locally and internationally. She has traveled extensively throughout the United States and has visited 33 foreign countries. Judy has lived in Santa Barbara with her husband David Peckham for the past 20 years, where they have been members of Goleta Presbyterian Church. In addition to being active with the church’s Peace and Mission committee, Judy sings with the Praise Band.
