Ms. Sarah Blackmun-Eskow and Dr. Steve Eskow have collaborated with Ghanaian colleagues for 14 years to improve education and create job skills and opportunities in Ghana’s villages and cities. Ms. Blackmun-Eskow was a senior vice president of Harcourt Brace Publishers and served as the CEO of Harcourt International, which published books and learning materials all over the developing world. She’s a Ph.D. student at Fielding Graduate University, where she studies human development in rural Ghana. Ms. Blackmun-Eskow now serves as president of The Pangaea Network (www.pangaeanetwork.org), a non-profit that creates and funds international projects, notably FIDE, The Faith and Development Network.
